The purpose of the Liturgy of the Word for Children is to enhance the meaning of Sunday Scriptures for children in grades first through sixth. The Word is presented and explained to children in a simpler and more understandable fashion. The program takes place during the school year at 9:30 a.m. Sunday Eucharistic Liturgy.
